Rather than being a big and impersonal agency, Simple Sustainable Solutions is more like a solopreneur endeavor with a lean team to make sure your work is done on time every time.
I created my business because I love working closely with coaches, consultants, and counselors and I don’t ever want to lose that. I am inspired and encouraged every day by my clients.

Shelby B Ketchen. Owner
I bring to the table 25+ years of business experience including accounting in a regional office for AT&T, executive assistant to the corporate officers of a multinational company, my own national medical transcription service from 1996-2012, and more.
My life changed radically after my husband’s death in 2010, leaving me to finish raising two kids alone. After my “summer on the couch,” during which I was paralyzed by grief and the lack of purpose I felt, having been a long-time caregiver to my husband, I became very passionate about helping women understand their purpose and how they could turn that vision into reality. I’m a geeky nerd, who is also an INFJ, so you get with me someone who understands the pieces of business, but who also becomes an “alongsider,” a business BFF.
The atmosphere of the business is very casual, but business-like.
I partner with coaches to visualize what it will take to help them reach their goals and then I implement and oversee those strategies. My team and I manage email marketing, social media marketing, blogging, and more. I started as a virtual assistant and, upon realizing how much my clients were struggling to get the things done, I’ve slowly increased the services I provide for them. I want your success!
Niki Banning
Niki’s the owner at NikiB Virtual Services and she’s also the new chapter head for the East Phoenix chapter of the National Association of Christian Women Entrepreneurs.
She’s multi-talented, but her special sweet spot is writing. She has created some amazing email sequences and blog posts!

Nichole D’s areas of strength are research, data analysis, and accounting. She is top-flight (and fast!) at acquiring any information we might need to benefit our clients.
Kerry Laird
Kerry is My Rooted Virtual Assistant. She provides virtual administrative support to small business owners, typically with a cup of coffee in one hand and a dog in my lap! (We here at SSS love dogs!) Kerry does amazing things with Canva graphics for social media!
Tami Gray
Tami runs The Gray Factor LLC. She loves all things organization-related and helps to keep me (and, therefore, you!) in line and optimized for peak efficiency. Her mission is to unburden women of the tasks that weigh them down so they can run wild and free toward the calling God has on their lives.
